Making a Purchase

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian Dollars.
All prices displayed and products and services offered or to be supplied on www. universaltileventilators.com.au are subject to change without notice.
Log In
All customers placing an order with the UNIVERSAL TILE VENTILATORS are required to log-in. This is to ensure that you are able to track current and previous orders.
Payment
Orders may be made online using our secure payment systems via Amex, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. (Visit Paypal’s website for full details. www.paypal.com.au)
Changing your order
You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.
Shipping
UNIVERSAL TILE VENTILATORS uses Courier Delivery Services for all deliveries.
Shop online securely with UNIVERSAL TILE VENTILATORS and get a $AUD Flat Rate Shipping Quote to anywhere in Australia.
Our minimum delivery charge is $40 AUD anywhere in Australia. The shipping calculator will then calculate the shipping cost based on the contents of your cart. The more items you place in the cart the higher the shipping cost will be but it will result in more cost effective shipping.
It is important to note these prices are based on shipping to most of Australia.
If you are outside the scope of our Shipping Calculator (eg Rural Areas) We will contact you after you place your order and work with you to provide the most cost effective shipping price to deliver your goods.
We may have to adjust prices accordingly to cover additional shipping costs incurred.
Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving.
Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
Please note these delivery times are to metro suburb areas, rural post codes can take a few more working days.
Returns
Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.
Defective Products
UNIVERSAL TILE VENTILATORS endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects and staff do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@universaltileventilators.com.au as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery for us to consider exchange for the defective product. Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
Returns
- Products must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unstained and in original packaging.
Return Process

UNIVERSAL TILE VENTILATORS is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as UNIVERSAL TILE VENTILATORS is also not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
Please keep in mind when we receive return deliveries we aim to process them within 10-15 business days, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Complaints, Claims & Disputes
Claims concerning the product delivered must be lodged within 48 hours following delivery of the product.
Claims or disputes will always be examined with the greatest care. It is expected that the customer is acting in good faith when making any complaint(s). The customer should first contact us to seek a solution.
